Carmel, Ind.-based IPA 100 firm Blue & Co. LLC (FY22 net revenue of $115.2 million) announced that Randy Smith joined the firm as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO), beginning Jan. 22.
“Our strategic vision forecasts continued strong growth and technology will play a critical role in achieving that vision. Randy’s focus will be on bringing innovative solutions to our clients and our staff to meet the demands in our vision,” said managing director Brad Shaw.
Smith has spent 17 years serving in various leadership roles where he implemented strategic technology initiatives that enhanced business processes, minimized information security risks, and improved operations.
