Pinion Acquires IPA 200 Firm

Salina, Kan.-based IPA 100 firm Pinion (formerly K·Coe Isom LLP) (FY22 net revenue of $80.6 million) is merging in Helena, Mont.-based IPA 200 firm Anderson ZurMuehlen & Co. (FY21 net revenue of $29.2 million), effective Jan. 1, 2023.

Founded in 1957, Anderson ZurMuehlen provides tax, audit, accounting, advisory and technology services, and has become the largest Montana-based CPA and business services firm, with a team of 217 personnel in offices across the state.
