Looking to grow its non-profit practice, Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Sax LLP (FY21 net revenue of $55.5 million) is merging in Schall & Ashenfarb CPAs of New York. The transaction marks the firm’s fourth recent acquisition in the New York area over the past year.
Founded in 1999, Schall & Ashenfarb provides accounting services to non-profit organizations throughout the tri-state area, including health and welfare organizations, arts and cultural institutions, educational organizations, charter schools, private foundations, international organizations and religious institutions.
