Seattle-based IPA 100 firm Moss Adams LLP (FY21 net revenue of $955 million) has acquired Denver-based Byrne & Clayton Consulting.
Founded in 2005, Byrne & Clayton specializes in property tax appeals, valuation analyses and tax consulting services for clients in industries including power and utilities, renewable energy, hospitality, real estate and technology, among others. As part of the deal, president and principal Michael Clayton will join Moss Adams as managing director, alongside two technicians, and the team will remain based in Denver.
