Cleveland-based IPA 100 firm CBIZ has acquired Tulsa, Okla.-based Stinnett & Associates.
Founded by Melinda Stinnett in 2001, Stinnett & Associates provides internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, cybersecurity reviews, business continuity and disaster recovery, and fraud investigations to clients in a variety of industries. The firm has offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Denver, and employs about 90 professionals.
