Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Mauldin & Jenkins is merging in Holland Shipes Pennix LLP (HSP) of Atlanta.

Holland Shipes Pennix provides auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and businesses throughout metro Atlanta. As part of the deal, firm co-founder Sean Pennix will be admitted as a partner with Mauldin & Jenkins, along with partner Dana Boyer.
