Expanding its presence in Southern California, Seattle-based IPA 100 firm Moss Adams LLP is merging in Hermosa Beach, Calif.-based Sousa & Weber.

Founded more than 15 years ago, Sousa & Weber provides accounting, tax and business advisory services to a diverse client base across aerospace and defense, government contractors, real estate and private clients. As part of the deal set to close on Aug. 1, Moss Adams will welcome eight professionals from Sousa & Weber, including founding partners Kenneth Sousa and Rich Weber, to its El Segundo, Calif., office, with plans to continue to grow its presence and workforce in Southern California.
