In yet another combination at the top of the profession, New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper LLP is merging in New York-based IPA 100 firm Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP. EisnerAmper (FY21 net revenue of $456 million) was ranked No. 18 on IPA’s 2021 list of largest accounting firms in the nation, while Raich Ende Malter stood at No. 80 with reported net revenue of $58.2 million.
Founded in 1972, Raich Ende Malter has 200 professionals and 45 partners/principals serving clients from offices in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Florida and the Cayman Islands. The firm provides audit, attest, tax, family office and business advisory services to organizations ranging from multi-generational family-run enterprises to publicly traded companies to not-for-profits, representing sectors including real estate, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, technology, hospitality, franchising and media.
