Sax Admits Six New Partners

Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Sax LLP (FY22 net revenue of $82.2 million) has admitted the following six professionals to its partnership:

  • Joseph Bulger has more than 30 years of tax experience and is the firm’s private client services practice leader, providing accounting, tax and advisory services to family offices, financial service executives, real estate developers, owners of privately held companies and wealthy individuals.
  • Rory Cahill has more than 15 years of experience, specializing in the taxation of corporations, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals, with a particular focus on real estate.
  • Julio Jimenez serves as PIC of the tax controversy practice, specializing in complex tax controversy issues and representing clients before taxation authorities.
  • Mateo Perezrodriguez is the strategy lead for the firm’s transaction strategy and transformation practice both domestically and internationally.
  • Peter Scalise serves as the federal tax credits and incentives practice leader. He has almost 30 years of public accounting experience developing, managing and leading large-scale tax advisory practices on a regional, national and global level.
  • Eric Lewandowski serves as leader of the transaction strategy and transformation practice, drawing on his experience advising private equity funds and corporations on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, growth strategy, performance improvement, cost optimization and other consulting services.
