CohnReznick Names New Chief People Officer

New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY23 net revenue of $920 million) has brought on Kimberly Kilkenney as a principal and its new chief people officer.

Kilkenney has more than 20 years of experience leading transformations and driving human capital strategies, including overseeing global talent acquisition; mobility; HR technology; data management, reporting and analytics; workforce strategy and planning; and contingent labor and vendor management. She has also designed, deployed and led comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) programs spanning from recruitment to retention.
