Citrin Cooperman Acquires IPA 200 Firm

New York-based IPA 100 firm Citrin Cooperman (FY22 net revenue of $432.4 million) is merging in Woodbury, N.Y.-based IPA 200 firm Gettry Marcus CPA PC (FY22 net revenue of $38.8 million). The deal adds 28 partners and more than 130 professionals to the Citrin Cooperman team.

Founded in 1987, Gettry Marcus provides accounting, tax and consulting services to commercial businesses and high-net-worth individuals, specializing in a host of diverse industries including manufacturing and distribution, real estate and health care.
