Lexington, Ky.-based IPA 100 firm Dean Dorton Allen Ford PLLC (FY22 net revenue of $49.6 million) has acquired technology solutions provider SDN Computer Consultants of Jacksonville, Fla.
Founded in 1989, SDN provides technology implementation and systems integration services to clients across a wide range of industries. As part of the deal, former SDN head Pamela Schneider will join the Dean Dorton team.
