Expanding its presence in its home state, Fort Worth, Texas-based IPA 100 firm Whitley Penn LLP (FY22 net revenue of $189.6 million) has acquired IPA 500 firm Fisher Herbst & Kemble PC (FHK) (FY22 net revenue of $5.9 million) of San Antonio.
Founded in 1983, FHK provides audit, tax and consulting services to a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, construction companies and retailers.
