Mulcahy
St. Paul, Minn.-based IPA 200 firm Redpath and Company Ltd. (FY22 net revenue of $40 million) has admitted Emmett Mulcahy and Tony Oster to its partnership.
Oster
Mulcahy joined Redpath in 2008 and leads the firm’s business valuation service, providing valuations for clients ranging from small family-owned businesses to large corporations in the areas of financial reporting, gift and estate planning, corporate strategic planning and tax compliance, matrimonial dissolution and ESOPs.
Oster joined Redpath in 2001 and is the tax services leader for the firm’s manufacturing industry team. He assists clients with tax planning and projections, preparation of complex flow-through entity and C-corporation tax returns, and multi-state and international taxation.
The firm also promoted Megan Hesselberg and Lucas Warth to director.
