Looking to expand its suite of technology offerings, Naperville, Ill.-based Sikich LLP (FY22 net revenue of $316.4 million) has launched a new data and analytics practice.

Led by new hire Rick Young, the data and analytics practice will focus on helping clients develop data, analytics and AI strategies with consulting services spanning data governance and fluency, data management, information management modernization, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and more. Young has more than 20 years of experience heading up data practices across a variety of industries, including financial services, health care, retail, manufacturing, government and education. He will be joined on the team by John Eisenhauer, who will lead operations and program development, and Laurel Salo, who will lead business development.

“The addition of the data and analytics team is a natural expansion of our technology offerings,” says Mike Kean, PIC of Sikich’s technology team. “Expanding our expertise in data management and analytics will allow us to help our clients maximize the value of their technology investments and uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.”
