Sid Chitnis Joins Advisory Practice at Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt

Los Angeles-based IPA 100 firm Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP (HCVT) (FY22 net revenue of $232.8 million) has brought on Sid Chitnis as a managing director and partner in its advisory services practice, specializing in M&A advisory.

Chitnis has more than 17 years of experience advising private equity sponsors, as well as both privately and publicly held companies, on matters pertaining to M&A. He also specializes in advising companies on brand intellectual property matters related to transactions and valuation. He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail and distribution, business services and industrial. Prior to joining HCVT, Chitnis served as a director at a publicly traded global investment bank, where he was a member of the financial and valuation advisory practice.
