AICPA and CIMA have introduced Career Launchpad, an artificial intelligence-guided program designed to provide insights and guidance for students interested in accounting and finance.
AICPA and CIMA student members can utilize Career Launchpad to access real-world career stories, expert advice and behind-the-scenes information from accounting professionals on subjects including salaries, résumé preparation, personal branding, interview skills and career choices in the profession. Students can complete six learning modules covering different aspects of career exploration and skill development, and also receive AI-driven real-time feedback in simulated real-world interviews.
