Bashore
Reading, Pa.-based IPA 200 firm Herbein + Company Inc. (FY22 net revenue of $46.5 million) has appointed Rachel Bashore as its first director of operations and strategic initiatives.
In this newly created role, Bashore will help drive the firm’s strategic direction by leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamlining business processes. She will also act as an advisor to the firm’s partnership and leadership team, as well as serve as Herbein’s in-house legal counsel.
Prior to joining Herbein, Bashore served as COO of a hybrid RIA and platform for financial advisors and insurance agents, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and implemented new services, products and technology-enabled tools. Earlier in her career, she served as a partner in fintech white-label product development and risk management, was COO of a community bank and practiced law with a focus on corporate matters and litigation.
