Citrin Cooperman Names New Chief Risk Officer

New York-based IPA 100 firm Citrin Cooperman (FY22 net revenue of $432.4 million) has named partner Patricia Cummings as chief risk officer of Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC. In this role, she will oversee the firm’s risk governance and strategy for risk management and compliance, including relationships with key regulators and other oversight bodies, as well as risk management including confidentiality and data privacy, regulatory matters, independence and conflicts, ethics and compliance, and sanctions compliance.

Cummings has 25 years of public accounting experience and is president of the firm’s attest practice. She has held various leadership positions at Citrin Cooperman, including co-MP of the New York and Philadelphia offices, chair of the audit and attest committee, and executive committee member and MP, industries.
