Johnson Lambert Sells Off Insurance Regulatory Practice

Vienna, Va.-based IPA 200 firm Johnson Lambert LLP (FY22 net revenue of $42.7 million) has sold its insurance regulatory practice to Noble Consulting Services of Indianapolis.

In addition to the practice’s book of business, the acquisition includes eight professionals who conduct financial risk examinations and related services on behalf of state insurance regulators. As part of the deal, Johnson Lambert principal and practice leader Rick Nelson will join Noble Consulting’s executive team as a vice president.

“We’re thrilled to extend a warm welcome to eight exceptional team members from Johnson Lambert to our growing Noble family,” says Noble Consulting CEO Mike Dinius. “Their strong reputation in serving insurance regulators makes our combination a natural fit.”
