CohnReznick Admits Greg Mochizuki

New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY23 net revenue of $920 million) has admitted Greg Mochizuki as a partner in its transaction advisory services practice.

Mochizuki has more than 17 years of experience advising private equity and corporate clients on M&A across the technology sector, advising in technical areas such as valuation drivers, analytics/KPIs, and purchase price agreement negotiations and mechanisms. His financial and accounting due diligence experience includes buy-side, sell-side, carveouts, spinoffs, mergers and more. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Mochizuki held executive positions in the transaction practices for Big 4 and middle-market accounting firms, as well as finance roles at startups where he advised C-suite executives on sell-side M&A and capital-raising strategies.
