IPA 100 firm Anders CPAs + Advisors of St. Louis (FY22 net revenue of $69.1 million) has appointed Missy Kelley to serve as its first chief growth officer. In this new role, she will help drive strategic growth initiatives, oversee expansion efforts and pursue new opportunities for community leadership. She will also work closely with leadership on implementing the firm’s strategic plan and be a key contributor to the growth efforts.

Kelley has more than 22 years of experience in strategic growth roles with Fortune 500 companies in the consumer-packaged goods and pharmacy benefits management sectors, where she has focused on driving innovation, market expansion and strategic planning. Prior to joining Anders, she worked at Downtown STL, Inc. (now known as Greater St. Louis Inc.), as a leader for downtown St. Louis and its economic growth.

“In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, we are excited to bring Missy on board and serve in a role dedicated to growth,” says MP Robert Minkle Jr. “Missy is a dynamic leader, and we are all looking forward to her bringing a new perspective to our strategic thinking.”
