Crowe Admits Two New Partners to Help Expand Services for Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Fund Clients

Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Crowe LLP (FY23 net revenue of $1.3 billion) has admitted Eric Evans and Gev Khan as tax partners to help expand its services for clients in the private equity, venture capital and hedge fund space.

Evans has 15 years of experience, most recently as a tax partner with Salt Lake City-based IPA 300 firm WSRP LLC, and before that with PwC. He specializes in M&A tax work, working with a variety of funds, as well as clients in real estate, technology, manufacturing, retail and energy.

Khan has more than 13 years of experience at several Big 4 and national accounting firms, most recently serving as an executive director at EY. His work includes focusing on areas such as global intangible low-taxed income, CFC attribution rules and limitation to the deduction of business interest expense. He also works with M&A clients to meet specific federal and state compliance obligations.
