Seida
Karlan has 11 years of public accounting experience, specializing in audit services – including indirect cost rate audits and incurred cost (project) audits – for governmental agencies, architectural/engineering firms and not-for-profit organizations.
Seida has more than 13 years of public accounting experience, providing audit and other assurance-related services such as reviews, compilations and agreed-upon procedure engagements to not-for-profit, government, manufacturing and housing entities.
Tanner
Tanner has more than 17 years of public accounting and industry experience, with particular focus on M&A services (buy and sell), litigation support, forensic accounting, strategic planning, bankruptcy support, corporate finance and the implementation of complex IT solutions.
