IPA 200 firm Windham Brannon LLC of Atlanta (FY21 net revenue of $36 million) has chosen principal Laura Berry to lead its advisory services practice.
Berry joined Windham Brannon in 2008 as a tax professional, providing compliance and planning for companies ranging in size from $10 million to $200 million. She also has led the firm’s manufacturing and distribution practice for five years. Her M&A experience includes complex restructuring situations, quality of earnings and due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
