Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt Names New General Counsel

Squillario

Los Angeles-based IPA 100 firm Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP (HCVT) (FY22 net revenue of $232.8 million) has brought on Stephen Squillario as its new general counsel.

Squillario previously served as HCVT’s outside counsel and has more than 15 years of experience as a trial lawyer, providing counsel and representation to law firms and public accounting firms on such matters as professional liability, risk management, ethics, engagement agreements, contracts, billing issues and intra-partnership disputes. He also has experience representing businesses of all sizes in California state and federal courts. Prior to joining HCVT, Squillario was a senior partner and associate general counsel at the law firm Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP, where he also served as chair of the firm’s professional liability practice group.
