Schellman Takes On Cohen & Company’s SOC Practice

Tampa, Fla.-based IPA 100 firm Schellman of (FY22 net revenue of $123.4 million) is carving out the system and organization controls (SOC) practice of Cleveland-based IPA 100 firm Cohen & Company (FY22 net revenue of $129.8 million). Cohen’s SOC practice, including select personnel, will transition to Schellman, representing what the latter calls “a unique opportunity for both firms to leverage their combined expertise and industry knowledge to meet the broad needs of their clients.”
