Los Angeles-based IPA 100 firm SingerLewak (FY22 net revenue of $89.6 million) is merging in Hearthstone CPA Group of Bremerton, Wash.
Founded in 1986, Hearthstone provides traditional tax, accounting, advisory and consulting services, as well as fraud investigations and M&A services. The firm will retain its current staff and office, and will operate as Hearthstone CPA Group, a division of SingerLewak.
“Combining with Hearthstone CPA Group is a logical next step for us in expanding our reach and capabilities in the Puget Sound region,” says SingerLewak MP Jim Pitrat. “Our goal is to continue to build on a platform where business owners, emerging companies and international and public companies can turn to us for innovative solutions for their growing businesses.”
