Investment Partners Joins Rea & Associates

New Philadelphia, Ohio-based Rea & Associates (FY22 net revenue of $69.9 million) announced that Investment Partners LTD has merged with the firm.

Rea & Associates offers services that include information services, cybersecurity, HR consulting, retirement plan consulting, as well as valuation and transaction advisory services. Adding Investment Partners means that the firm now offers wealth management services.

For more than 25 years, Investment Partners has helped clients protect existing assets and successfully pursue financial goals. The advisors at Investment Partners develop, implement and monitor customized financial plans designed to help affluent individuals and families pursue their financial goals.

Rea and Investment Partners have had a strategic relationship for decades, but this merger will elevate the experience and provide a more well-rounded suite of services for clients of both firms.

Mark McKinley,CEO of Rea & Associates, says, “Investment Partners is home to 20 team members with a client-service mindset and a matching company culture. Our current accounting and consulting services go hand-in-hand with wealth management, and through our merger, we’ll better serve clients with a more coordinated team approach, alongside creating additional client service offerings.”

“Coming together is a natural fit for both of our firms, since we value the same core beliefs,” said Doug Bambeck, president and chief compliance officer of Investment Partners. “Not only will Rea clients benefit from our suite of services, but Investment Partners clients will now have access to some of the greatest accounting and consulting professionals in the country.”

Investment Partners will continue to operate under its current brand in its existing Ohio locations: New Philadelphia, Dublin, Independence, Mentor and Millersburg.
