Wichita, Kan.-based IPA 200 firm AdamsBrown LLC (FY22 net revenue of $43.1 million) has acquired The Technology Specialist Inc. of Wichita, Kan., to form Adams Brown Technology Specialists, a new wholly owned subsidiary that offers managed IT, cybersecurity and technology solutions.
The Technology Specialist was founded by Shayne Yonce in 2007, who will now serve as chief experience officer of Adams Brown Technology Specialists.
“While Adams Brown offered cybersecurity services, we are now able to offer deeper support for clients through managed IT services,” says Chris Schneider, CEO of Adams Brown Technology Specialists. “Our small business clients continually share their challenges with managing the ever-changing technology landscape – we’re now positioned to help in a larger way.”
