LBMC Admits Three New Shareholders

Ezell

Brentwood, Tenn.-based LBMC PC (FY23 net revenue of $192.7 million) has admitted Steven Ezell, Ryan Johnson and Jacob Schuetze as shareholders in the firm.

Johnson

Ezell joined LBMC in 2022 and has more than two decades of experience delivering tax compliance, income tax provision and other consulting services to privately held and public companies in industries including health care, financial services, manufacturing, technology and professional services.

Johnson joined the firm in 2011 and has more than 10 years of experience in attestation engagements and consulting on complex accounting issues, primarily serving privately held and private equity-backed health care organizations. He also has experience consulting on business combinations, consolidation, revenue recognition and risk contracting.

Schuetze

Schuetze joined LBMC in 2014 and has more than 10 years of experience in financial statement and risk-based audits with an emphasis on internal control. He works with clients on financial statement audit and other attest services, primarily covering the financial services, real estate and health care industries.
