EisnerAmper Admits Two New Tax Partners

New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper LLP (FY22 net revenue of $542.1 million) has admitted Pamela Dennett and John Clausen as tax partners.

Dennett is a partner in the firm’s private client services group with 30 years of experience dealing with tax matters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and business owners, including estate tax, gift tax, charitable planning, income tax and generation-skipping transfer tax. She also provides M&A consultations and conducts cash flow analyses for family offices.

Clausen is a partner in the firm’s SALT group, specializing in state and local taxation. He has 30 years of experience serving individuals, start-ups and large entities in the technology and life sciences, financial services and manufacturing sectors, focusing on tax obligations resulting from cross-border sales, maintaining employees in states, and engaging contractors or vendors in states.
