EisnerAmper Admits Two New Tax Partners

New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper LLP (FY22 net revenue of $542.1 million) has admitted Pamela Dennett and John Clausen as tax partners.

Dennett is a partner in the firm’s private client services group with 30 years of experience dealing with tax matters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and business owners, including estate tax, gift tax, charitable planning, income tax and generation-skipping transfer tax. She also provides M&A consultations and conducts cash flow analyses for family offices.

Clausen is a partner in the firm’s SALT group, specializing in state and local taxation. He has 30 years of experience serving individuals, start-ups and large entities in the technology and life sciences, financial services and manufacturing sectors, focusing on tax obligations resulting from cross-border sales, maintaining employees in states, and engaging contractors or vendors in states.

“As the firm continues its impressive growth, we’ve become a magnet for top talent like Pamela and John,” says Michael Laveman, MP of the firm’s tax practice. “Based on their decades of experience, they will be extraordinary resources for our clients, and we welcome them heartily.”
