New York-based EisnerAmper (FY22 net revenue of $542 million) has named Naomi Barrett as its director of global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Barrett, based in Philadelphia, will work closely with leadership and colleagues to enhance and execute the firmwide DEI strategy. She will partner with service line and operations leaders to integrate and align the firm’s DEI commitment to overall business plans and operating principles. Additionally, she will serve as an advisor to the firm’s DEI council and employee resource group leaders by facilitating their programs and goals, including the ongoing support of the communities in which we serve.
“EisnerAmper has long embraced diversity, equity and inclusion as foundational elements to our core values,” says Lori Reiner, EisnerAmper chief people officer. “Naomi is the right person at the right time to elevate the firm’s ongoing efforts to create a more equitable and inclusive firm culture where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed and can reach their potential.”
“EisnerAmper is dedicated to creating an environment where colleagues are empowered to bring their whole selves to work,” Barrett says.
