New York-based EisnerAmper (FY22 net revenue of $542 million) has named Naomi Barrett as its director of global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Barrett, based in Philadelphia, will work closely with leadership and colleagues to enhance and execute the firmwide DEI strategy. She will partner with service line and operations leaders to integrate and align the firm’s DEI commitment to overall business plans and operating principles. Additionally, she will serve as an advisor to the firm’s DEI council and employee resource group leaders by facilitating their programs and goals, including the ongoing support of the communities in which we serve.
