New York-based IPA 100 firm Prager Metis International (FY21 net revenue of $139 million) has acquired New York-based financial planning firm The Gassman Financial Group.
Founded more than 100 years ago, The Gassman Financial Group provides a full range of tax, financial and wealth management services to clients nationwide. As part of the deal, Jonathan Gassman will join Prager Metis as a principal and his team will work out of the firm’s office in Boca Raton, Fla.
