IPA 400 firm Toole Katz & Roemersma of Arlington, Va. (FY21 net revenue of $12.3 million), has admitted Stephen Lawson to its partnership.
Lawson has nearly 20 years of experience providing tax planning, compliance and other business advisory services for clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, technology, professional services and government contracting. His areas of focus include structuring business acquisitions and divestiture strategies, evaluating tax accounting methods, modeling complex joint venture allocations, and effectively managing income tax rates and exposure.
