KerberRose Admits Two New Shareholders

Green Bay, Wis.-based IPA 200 firm KerberRose (FY21 net revenue of $28.4 million) has admitted David Minch and Kelly Nolan as shareholders.

Minch has served as an audit manager in the firm’s Oshkosh, Wis., office for more than a year, and has 13 years of experience in accounting and auditing.

Nolan has been with KerberRose for four years, serving as a director of tax in the firm’s Wausau, Wis., office, and has 14 years of experience in the profession.
