Abbott Stringham & Lynch Admits Four Principals

IPA 200 firm Abbott Stringham & Lynch of San Jose, Calif. (ASL) (FY21 net revenue of $23.7 million), has admitted the following four professionals as principals:

  • Helena Bouron is an assurance and advisory principal with more than 15 years of experience who serves privately held businesses and organizations, focusing largely on technology and manufacturing and distribution clients. She is also the co-chair of the ASL non-profit group.
  • Anu Joshi is a tax and advisory principal and a member of the firm’s family wealth and individual tax planning group. He has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, providing tax compliance and tax planning services for a wide variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and estates and trusts.
  • Charlie Shureen is a tax and advisory principal and a member of the firm’s corporate group. He works with small and closely held businesses, venture-backed companies and middle-market enterprises in a wide variety of industries, addressing the tax aspects of business formation and expansion, M&A, international and multi-state operations, financial accounting for income taxes, equity-based compensation, tax compliance and tax laws.
  • Amy Whitcomb Price is a tax and advisory principal and a member of ASL’s real estate group with more than 17 years of public accounting experience. She assists clients with their individual and business taxation needs, including compliance, planning and consulting services.
