Clayton & McKervey Acquires Fellow Michigan Firm

IPA 300 firm Clayton & McKervey of Southfield, Mich. (FY21 net revenue of $16.4 million), is merging in Howe & Holscher of West Bloomfield, Mich.

Founded in 1987, Howe & Holscher provides tax and consulting services to real estate and other closely held business clients. Team members Lisa Holscher and Debbie McDonald will join Clayton & McKervey as full-time employees, while Joyce Howe will provide consulting services.
