Eide Bailly Sells Off Insurance Regulatory Practice

IPA 100 firm Eide Bailly (FY22 net revenue of $532.8 million) has sold its insurance regulatory practice to Noble Consulting Services of Indianapolis.

In addition to the practice’s book of business, the acquisition includes 13 professionals who conduct financial risk examinations and related services on behalf of state insurance regulators. As part of the deal, Eide Bailly principal and practice leader Ryan Havick will join Noble Consulting’s executive team as a vice president.
