Saltmarsh Cleaveland & Gund Admits Two New Shareholders

Pensacola, Fla.-based IPA 300 firm Saltmarsh Cleaveland & Gund (FY21 net revenue of $21.4 million) has admitted Michael Cole and Josh Strickland to its shareholder group.

Cole has over 15 years of public accounting experience, with a particular focus on the sales and exchanges of complex partnerships and organizational transactions, M&A and private equity.

Strickland joined the firm in 2010 and serves in the financial institution advisory group, working with bank and credit union clients in external audit, internal audit and loan review services.

“Josh and Mike have been leaders in our firm since they each first joined,” says president Lee Bell. “Mike’s in-depth knowledge of tax law, private equity and mergers and acquisitions has led him to form solid partnerships with his clients. Josh has a remarkable commitment to serving and the mutual respect of our great financial institution clients. We are proud to welcome them both to our shareholder group and look forward to growing with them in the years to come.”
