Wayne Berson to Serve Fourth Term as CEO at BDO

Wayne Berson is set to serve a fourth term as CEO of Chicago-based IPA 100 firm BDO USA (FY22 net revenue of $2.5 billion). Re-elected by the firm’s partnership, Berson will now hold the CEO position through June 30, 2026.

The firm also announced that business services and outsourcing national practice leader Kelly Johnson was re-elected as chair of its board of directors, while Atlantic assurance RMP Mark Ellenbogen, West tax RMP Hoon Lee, and health care practice global and national leader Steven Shill were re-elected to new three-year terms on the board. In addition, Tiffany Prudhomme, national MP of quality in the regions and industry, was elected to her first term on the board.
