Looking to expand both its national dental practice and its East Coast presence, Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY21 net revenue of $170.8 million) is merging in Mooresville, N.C.-based Ladd Robbins CPAs and Consultants.
Founded more than 20 years ago, Ladd Robbins has served clients in over 20 states across the U.S., focusing mainly on health care practices, including dental and optometry. As part of the deal scheduled to close Oct. 1, Mike Ladd and Greg Robbins will be admitted as partners at Aprio, and 17 of their team members will also join the firm.
