Extending its footprint in Northern California, San Francisco-based IPA 100 firm BPM LLP is merging in Avaunt Ltd. CPAs and Consultants of Sacramento. It is the firm’s second deal in the region this month.
Founded in 1985 by Perry Ghilarducci, Avaunt provides tax, accounting, bookkeeping, financial planning and consulting services to businesses in the restaurant and hospitality space, as well as medical industry practices and professionals. When the deal becomes effective on Aug. 1, Avaunt will rebrand under the BPM name.
