Owensboro, Ky.-based Riney Hancock CPAs PSC is merging in Umbach & Associates LLP of Evansville, Ind.
Founded in 1971, Umbach provides accounting, tax, litigation support, audit and business valuation services to clients across multiple industries, including agriculture, real estate and auto dealers. As part of the deal, Umbach partners Warren Ingram and Michael Haynes, along with principal Peter Schutzius, will join the Riney Hancock management team.
