IPA 2022 Benchmarking Snapshot: Staff Compensation / Turnover

As of late May, close to 200 firms had been finalized and entered into the INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) database in connection with the 2022 IPA survey.

A few results of the early submissions are highlighted below.

Average professional staff turnover for firms above $32 million is 16.8% and 15.3% for firms under $32 million.

3-5 Years               $68,711

6-8 Years               $88,711

All Prof. Staff        $81,940
