Expanding its presence in the North Bay area of California, San Francisco-based IPA 100 firm BPM LLP is merging in Elliott CPA Group of Santa Rosa, Calif.

Founded in 2006 and led by Erin Roche and James Elliott, Elliott CPA Group provides financial and tax planning services to clients in the wine and agriculture, real estate, retail and manufacturing industries. When the deal becomes effective on July 1, Elliott Group will rebrand under the BPM name.
