Troy, Mich.-based IPA 100 firm Rehmann LLC has appointed Stephen Blann as its next chief operating officer. Effective Jan. 1, 2023, he will assume the role from current COO Stacie Kwaiser, who was recently named CEO.
Blann has been with Rehmann since 1995 and has held various leadership roles in the assurance and solutions departments, in addition to serving on the firm’s board of directors. During his tenure, he has primarily worked with the public sector, serving as an auditor, consultant and contracted CFO for a wide array of government and non-profit entities. As COO, Blann will oversee the firm’s service line departments, IT, finance and innovation/change management.
