Long Beach, Calif.-based Windes has admitted Kathy Neil as a partner in its tax department.
Neil has more than 35 years of tax, financial and accounting experience in public accounting, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses and family offices. Prior to joining Windes, she was a tax director for a national accounting firm.
