Atlanta-based IPA 400 firm KNAV PA (FY22 net revenue of $13.7 million) has reorganized its operations to adopt an alternate practice structure.
Under the new arrangement that took effect on Oct. 1, attest services are now provided by KNAV LLP, a licensed CPA firm, while non-attest services, including tax and business consulting services, are exclusively offered by KNAV Advisory Inc.
“This strategic change enables us to offer targeted solutions to our valued clients while also granting us the flexibility to implement a long-term incentive program for our talent pool,” the firm said in a statement.
